Rental of the exhibition room of the gallery
The exhibition room at the Stoa Gallery is available to be rented for concerts, company events, representations, conferences, business meetings, presentations, interviews, etc.
The Hall has a projector and a projector screen and an excellent surround system. The illumination system stands out for its great quality and versatility.
It is also possible to organize catering service.
Rental Scheme
The Gallery is available during the week from 10h00- 14h00, 16h00 to 18h00 and 19h00 to 23h00.
Use Rules
Only the main Exhibition room and the annex W.C. can be rented. The office and the workshop are not included within the rental. The access to the workshop will only be allowed to use the main computer to the people previously authorized by the Management. It is also possible to use the shop window, applying a different price quotation.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.

The organizers of each event will look after the proper behaviour, use and enjoyment of the facilities by the attendants.
Animals are not allowed in the premises, except for guide dogs. Any use of the Gallery logo needs the previous consent of the Management.
The tenant should present the project to the Management of the Art Gallery before formalizing the contract.

The price for each schedule is 1.500 Euros plus a deposit of an additional 30% to cover any damages or insufficient cleaning.
The material, technicians, and advise about the event and its organization by the Art Gallery will be charged separately.
The catering service and the later cleaning of the room will be paid by the tenant. If the Management of the Gallery considers that the cleaning has not been properly done, a cleaning service will be contracted and its fees charged to the deposit.
It is possible that the Gallery is in charge of the catering through a different price quotation.
If the event requires that the artwork exhibited in the Gallery is removed, the price would increase.

Payment Method
50% of the price would be paid in advance at the moment of booking the Gallery, and the remaining 50% plus the deposit will be paid four days before the event.
The Cancellation of the event by the organizers informing the gallery within a period of one month before the event, will imply the full reimbursement of the amount paid. If the cancellation takes place within fifteen days before the event, there will be no right for reimbursement. If the cancellation is done by the Gallery, the tenant will be reimbursed 100% of the paid amount.
Set-up
All the set-up material and staff for the event will use the east entrance to the gallery, which has a ramp next to the Gallery. If it was required the permission of the Townhall for loading and unloading, this will also be done by the tenant.
It will be taken into account that the size of the entrance door of the gallery are 82 x 202 cm.
The set-up will be done before the event and the clean up once the event is finished. Any extension of this schedule would involve a revision of the rental price at the rate of 1,000 euros for each period of the extension time scheduled for the set up.
